By creating an account, redeeming a promo code, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Description of Service StackClaim provides subscribers with access to a database of local business leads identified as having one or more specific, detectable characteristics (e.g., no website, no online booking, outdated site security, poor mobile responsiveness, missing SEO fundamentals, accessibility gaps). Lead data is sourced from open, licensed, or independently generated means as described in our Privacy Policy, and undergoes an automated verification process (including third-party phone number validation) before being made available to subscribers. **[ATTORNEY REVIEW]** We do not guarantee that any lead is currently seeking services, will respond to outreach, or will result in any business relationship or sale. Lead data reflects information available at the time of verification and may become outdated. Subscribers are solely responsible for their own outreach conduct, including compliance with applicable telemarketing, do-not-call, and unsolicited-communication laws in their jurisdiction and the lead's jurisdiction. ## 3. Accounts You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and redeeming any promotional code. ## 4. Current pricing is displayed at checkout and on our pricing page. You will be charged using the payment method on file at the start of each new billing period. - **4.3 Cancellation.** You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features through the remainder of the period you have already paid for. - **4.4 No Refunds.** **All fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.** If you cancel, you will not be charged again, but no refund will be issued for the current or any prior billing period already paid. This policy is disclosed here and at the point of purchase. - **4.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes.** Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve a billing concern may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks using records of your account activity, including leads claimed and Service usage during the disputed period. - **4.6 Account Limits.** Paid subscriber accounts may hold a maximum number of actively claimed leads at any given time, as displayed in your account dashboard. This limit may be adjusted from time to time. - **4.7 Price Changes.** We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. ## 5. Free Trials and Promotional Codes - Promotional/trial access may be offered for a limited time (currently 72 hours from redemption) and requires a registered account. - Trial access is limited to browsing available lead listings and does not include the ability to claim, save, or unlock full contact details for any lead. - Promotional codes are single-use, tied to specific marketing campaigns, and subject to expiration. We reserve the right to invalidate a promo code or associated trial access obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. ## 6. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Use automated means (scraping, bots, scripts) to extract data from the Service beyond normal, individual use of the features provided; - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute lead data obtained through the Service to any third party; - Attempt to circumvent account limits, trial restrictions, or paywall/content-blurring features; - Create multiple accounts to bypass trial or promotional-code restrictions; - Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content in the community forum or lead-note features; - Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law, including telemarketing and unsolicited-communication laws. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover damages caused by the violation, including but not limited to unauthorized resale or redistribution of lead data. ## 7. User-Generated Content The Service includes community forum posts and per-lead notes/status reports submitted by users ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Team Stack LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or moderate User Content that violates these Terms. ## 8. Lead Data Disclaimer **[ATTORNEY REVIEW]** Lead data, including verification status, is provided "as is." While we employ automated verification processes (including third-party phone validation and periodic freshness checks), we do not guarantee the continued accuracy of any lead after it is presented to you, and we are not liable for outcomes resulting from your reliance on lead data, including failed contact attempts or inaccurate business information. ## 9. Third-Party Services The Service integrates with third-party providers, including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing) and a phone-number verification provider. Your use of features involving these providers is also subject to their respective terms. We do not store your full payment card information — payment processing is handled entirely by our payment processor. Portions of location and business data underlying the Service are derived from OpenStreetMap and its contributors, used under the Open Database License (ODbL). See our attribution notice in the site footer. ## 10. Intellectual Property The Service, including its design, software, and compiled lead database (excluding underlying open data and User Content), is the property of Team Stack LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during an active subscription. ## 11.
